Sedat Aktaş successfully graduated from Uludag University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Public Administration in 2005. He started his career in an internationally operating company in the private sector and took an active role in accounting/pre-accounting, finance, stock management and logistics, sales and marketing departments for 3 years.
Afterwards, he entered the banking sector and worked as SME – Commercial Portfolio Manager and Branch Manager in HSBC-INGBANK-ODEBANK-GARANTİ banks for more than 10 years, respectively. As of the end of 2017, he left the banking sector and started to provide consultancy to companies on financial issues under the umbrella of Management Adviser.
In this period, in cities such as Bursa-Ankara-Istanbul, quarterly financial statements of companies in different segments and in different sectors, interpretation of results obtained with Horizontal-Vertical Analysis and Ratios, preparation of financial status report, as well as financial structure, profitability, financial risks, effective and efficient use of resources. It prepares action plans that companies can implement by checking whether it is used efficiently, evaluating short and long-term business strategies, diagnosing operational efficiency and identifying problem areas, determining what needs to be done and implementing them.
By examining the relations and products with the banks and investment institutions, making plans for the management of financing expenses, using the right resources, establishing an effective and efficient cash management system, monitoring and controlling the changing and developing banking system, determining the actions to be taken in this direction in daily activities It provides financial consultancy to companies by doing such studies.
